What do I need?
To subscribe you will need a credit card (Mastercard, Eurocard or Visa), a satellite system pointing to ASTRA 28.2° and a skybox with an active Viewing Card that can be ordered through us.

My landlord won't let me set up a dish!
By law, he must give you access to satellite TV. This right is provided under the "Freedom of Information" Act in the EU law and must be granted in all EU member countries. Speak with your landlord and tell him that. Ask him where and how to set up a dish to disturb him and others the least. If he is unwilling to help or even allow a dish, speak with your lawyer.

How will I billed for my Sky package?
As soon as your installation is complete and your viewing is set up you will be billed monthly in advance.
Your subscription fee will be taken off of your credit card.

How do I pay for my monthly subscription?
To pay for your monthly Sky TV subscription we will set up a continuous credit mandate on your Visa or Mastercard for you.

How can I update my payment details?
If you are the Sky account holder and it is your own payment details that you are requesting to change then you can do this by sending us an email with your new credit card information.

Billing Period
You are billed monthly in advance e.g. if your payment date is the 1st January, your payment will cover the period from 1st January to 31st January; if it is the 15th January then it will cover the period from 15th January to 14th February.

How long is the minimum contract with Sky for?
The minimum subscription period is 12 months. This is a standard condition

Can I change my subscription package after I have ordered?
You can change your subscription either before your viewing commences or after the first month in accordance with the terms of your subscription contract.
